First: what is MCP?
MCP is simply a secure way for an AI assistant to work with another tool. Once connected, your assistant can understand what’s in Regular, Upkeep or Pantry and make changes when you ask
You stay in control. Your assistant only gets access after you sign in and approve the connection
Choose what you want to connect
Copy the connection link for one tool. If you use all three, repeat the setup for each one
Regular
For daily sessions, routines and the things that keep you regulated

For recurring chores, life admin and keeping track of what needs doing this week
https://upkeep.deeply-human.co/mcpPantry
For what’s at home, what needs using, meals and your shopping list
https://pantry.deeply-human.co/mcpConnect it to your assistant
- Open your AI assistant’s settings on a computer.
- Find Connectors, Integrations or MCP. The wording varies between assistants.
- Choose to add a custom connector.
- Give it the name Regular, Upkeep or Pantry, then paste the matching link above.
- Continue. A Deeply Human page will open so you can sign in and approve the connection.
- Return to your assistant. The tool should now appear as connected.
Connecting more than one?
Add each one as its own connector, using its own name and link. This helps your assistant know which tool you mean
Now, just ask
You don’t need special commands. Talk naturally and mention the tool when it helps
“What’s next in Regular today?”
“Set up a simple morning routine in Regular.”
“What needs doing in Upkeep this week?”
“Add changing the bed linen to Upkeep every Sunday.”
“What can I make with what’s in Pantry?”
“Add oat milk and washing-up liquid to my Pantry shopping list.”
“I just bought the things on my shopping list — update Pantry.”
You’re always in control
Your assistant may ask before it makes a change. That’s normal: check the action, then approve it if it looks right
To stop access, remove or disconnect the connector in your AI assistant’s settings. You can reconnect it later using the same steps
